WebMatics Data Center System Update: Saint Louis Missouri (SL1)
Details on Friday’s VMware Outage

On Friday, December 11, 2020, at 4:12 EST,  multiple clients reported connectivity issues on our VMware platform.  Our network operations quickly determined the outage was due to the vSphere controller array that controls the network of servers.  This service disruption was not the result of an attack on our network.

Cody has repaired the software corruption and firewall connectivity issues and is in the process of rebooting all of the servers affected.  If you are experiencing any issues please go to the Client Area and login to submit a ticket.  We have posted an initial summary of this incident on the WebMatics Blog and have set corrective action to our VMware platform.

Nothing is more important to Webmatics than providing our clients with 100% availability to our secure environment.  As your business partner, we are acutely aware of the urgency to this issue and we have all staff focused on this outage.  We’re deeply sorry about how this disruption may have impacted your services. Our business is based on trust and transparency and we are committed to your success.
